Double Octo-Trouble! is the 3rd episode of Season 2.

Three mischievous Octonauts-like creatures start to cause trouble and mischief all over Disney Junior Town and everyone starts blaming on the real Octonauts, but the gang manages to catch the imposters.

The episode starts with the three Octonauts Captain Barnacles, Kwazii, and Peso riding on their wheels when Kwazii sees Sofia with an empty basket in her arms. They stop to meet her and ask where she's going. She explains that she's going to Berry Valley to pick some berries for her ball. Kwazii and his friends decide to help her so Sofia lends them her basket. Just hiding behind a tree is the Sea Witch and she casts a spell on herself to make her invisible so she can steal Peso's scooter, but Kwazii catches it and Sofia pulls out her wand to make the Sea Witch visible again. As she runs away, Barnacles, Kwazii, and Peso spin their wheels to Berry Valley and wave goodbye to Sofia.

Meanwhile, down at the road, the Sea Witch is walking sadly and complaining that she can't make any trouble if anyone can break her own spells when she steps on three rocks. The Sea Witch picks them up and comes up with an idea as she casts a spell on all three of the rocks and they turn into three familiar people who look like Captain Barnacles, Kwazii, and Peso but think exactly like three troublemakers. The Sea Witch has created three naughty Octonauts!

Later, Jake and Cubby are packing up sandwiches, apples, bananas, and berries for a picnic when the three naughty Octonauts arrive just to stir up trouble! Jake asks them if they can come for their picnic and they agree as Captain Barnacles volunteers to drive the buggy and Kwazii and Peso ride along with him as they drive without Jake and Cubby and they crashed into a pit. When Jake and Cubby run to the crashed buggy to see if the Octonauts are okay, but they are gone and their food is eaten.
