Dodger is the deuterotganist from Disney's 1988 movie, Oliver & Company, based on the Artful Dodger from Charles Dickens' Oliver Twist. In Disney's re-imagining of the story, he is a street-smart Jack Russell Terrier. He has minor appearances in the series only appearing in certain episodes as the main pusher of the moral. His voice actor in the movie was Billy Joel but in the series, he is voiced by Jess Harnell.

Dodger is the appointed leader of Fagin's dog gang. He is street-smart, witty, confident, proud, selfless, good-hearted, calm, sly, cool, kind, clever, and crafty. He is Oliver's best friend since he doesn't eat cats because of "too much fur."
