Misty, also known as Icy, is a three-year-old half human fairy from Fantasyland created by KatiAmel and Polarboy’s crush. She is voiced by Madeleine Rose Yen who voices Milli on Team Umizoomi.

Looks[]
Icy has white hair with blue streaks tied to pigtails and a blue mask over her eyes. She wears a dark teal winter hood with diamonds and a blue suit with gray details and diamonds underneath. She also has wings.
Powers and Abilities[]
Like the other PJ Masks who fly, Icy can fly as well, but she has the ability to freeze, cause blizzards, walk on ice without problems, and use snowflakes like Owlette when she uses super owl feathers.
