Norman is Marsupilami's main antagonist and nemesis in the Disney series Marsupilami. He made an appearance in the episode Atlantic: Jungle Dragon Rescue! as the main antagonist. He is voiced by Jim Cummings.

Mr. Norman ("Working Class Mars") or Dr. Normanstein ("Marsupilami Meets Dr. Normanstein") is Marsupilami's main "Bad Guy" - a large and mean-spirited human male who plays the part of anything from a common bully or even a witch ("The Wizard of Mars") in a parody of The Wizard of Oz.
Disney Junior: The Animated Series[]
Norman made an appearance in Atlantic: Jungle Dragon Rescue! as the main antagonist. He is first seen hiding in bushes, spying on the Disney Junior Club talking about their newest adventure to look for the Jungle Dragon, the Pawpaw Bear, and the Sear Khan. He plans to get to the three first to hunt them down, and to stop the Disney Junior Club from finding them first, he plans to set up traps for them. Knowing that the new Fantasy Forest animals might be too clever for his traps, he plans to “play nice”, intent to trick the Disney Junior Club into leading him to them. Later, he shows up and introduces himself in an innocent tone, also explaining that he’s heard about the Jungle Dragon, the Pawpaw Bear, and the Sear Khan too. Suspicious, Captain Jake tells him that he’s not just here to hunt down the three jungle magical animals, then asked sarcastically if he is as he (Norman) laughs and says that he’d never do that to Kwazii’s skeptics. He (Norman) waits patiently until the Disney Junior Club shouts “Break!” in unison, then lets him come with them after Kwazii has him promise to not do any hunting when they meet the Jungle Dragon, the Pawpaw Bear, and the Sear Khan.
