The Day the Lawn Grew Still! is the 54th episode of Season 35.
Summary[]
Nancy invites Connor, Amaya, Greg, Luna, and Bree to help her do some chores around her house while her parents are out, but when they accidentally spill some special fertilizer onto the lawn, they find out that they have to fight it as it starts growing faster than they can mow it.
Plot[]
The episode begins with Bree ringing the doorbell, and Nancy and her little sister Jojo go to get the door and let their friends and also Lucky, Snowdrop, Glider, and Eclipsion in. Once inside, Connor, Amaya, Greg, Luna, Nancy, Bree, and Jojo and also their pets race to the kitchen to see whoever gets there first makes lunch. However, once the kids were in the kitchen, they run into the fridge, where a list falls off and lands onto Nancy’s face. When she saw it, her eyes grew wide when she finds that it’s actually a list of chores her parents left for her and Jojo to do since they were out. Luna groans about doing the chores, but Connor, Amaya, Greg, their pets, and Bree have no problem with chores as they said that doing chores is easy and fun. Plus, with their help, Nancy will get all these chores done in a second or two. With a sigh of relief and an excited smile, Nancy thanks her friends and soon after lunch, they got to work on sweeping and mopping the floors, cleaning the rooms, dusting the furniture, and even spraying everything with some lovely perfume when everything was finally cleaned up.
After the kids had finished cleaning, they make lunch just as Greg tells Luna that doing chores can be a blast as she decides that maybe doing chores isn’t all that bad. She then goes to get a drink of water just as Luna sees a sticky note of things to do outside.
